Flag proudly waves: Brian Woodbury’s flag, donated by his widow Maralyn, is now flying in front of Mt. Rest Cemetery. It will be there until it needs to be replaced.
The flags at the cemetery will being going up on Monday May 29 and again to celebrate the traditional Memorial Day on May 30. The parade lineup will be at 5:30 p.m. at the Wilson Center, and they will step off on Clinton Avenue at 6 p.m. and continue to the cemetery. The flags will come down following those ceremonies.
