Plan ahead for GivingTuesday on December 3

GivingTuesday is a Global Giving Movement which is celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving. People are inspired to show up and give back to the causes and issues that matter to them, often in the community in which they live and work. Fueled by the power of social media, GivingTuesday can create a wave of generosity that helps those in need and strengthens our society. Giving Tuesday takes place this year on December 3, 2019.

People fundamentally want to help, to give, and to talk about making our world better, especially when given the opportunity. GivingTuesday provides a powerful way to give. Leadership can help create the conditions for giving, and we believe that businesses, local groups and foundations can inspire not only giving, but also social responsibility and volunteer efforts. GivingTuesday gives us a new way to think about generosity and an avenue to come together to improve our community, our nation, and the world.

For more information visit www.givingtuesday.org.

Join the movement by helping others through the gift of your time, donations, goods or your voice. Make it Local on December 3.
