Sleepy Hollow State Park update
Sleepy Hollow State Park officials have a few items we would like to share with you:
– Disc golf is open. Social distancing is required with people not in your own group. Please use extra precautions when retrieving your discs from the baskets (avoid touching the surface of the baskets, use hand sanitizer after retrieving your disc).
– Camping will open on June 22. Know that they are working daily to get things ready for this to happen. Up until this week, there have only been four rangers on duty and they have to mow, repair things, clean buildings, etc. All of these things take time. We are luckily able to begin having our summer help return to help get things up and running.
– The north campground will be closed until the electrical upgrade project is completed. They are awaiting word on when that will resume.
