A Gluten Free Food Fair will be held September 25 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. South Church of the Nazarene 401 W. Holmes Rd Lansing. There will be samples, products to buy, information on restaurants, information on Celiac Disease, and door prizes. According to research, 1 % of the population has Celiac Disease but of those 97% remained undiagnosed. Many foods thought to be gluten free are contaminated with wheat products. The Michigan Capital Celiac/DH Group helps people with up to date information on products available and maintaining their health.
