The Clinton County 4-H council is hosting an all-day Scrapalooza scrapbooking and stamping event on Saturday, October 30th from 9 in the morning staying to 9 at night.
The cost is $35 per person ($10 non-refundable deposit and $25 at the door). This includes a space to work, lunch, dinner, snacks, friends, and fun.
