As members of the Carson City Hospital Breast Health Team, Andrea Russell, R.N., and Ora Darling, R.T., coordinate everything from patient care to breast health awareness. They work for you to make sure your breast health journey is as stress-free and uncomplicated as possible. Join them as they share with you all they know about staying healthy and learning about the myths of breast cancer. The event begins at 11:30 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. It is held in the main conference room at Carson City Hospital, and is free to the public. Refreshments will be served. Join Carson City Hospital for an elegant fundraiser for the Carson City Hospital breast health program. There will be an art show auction featuring artwork from students in our community, hors d’oeurves, pink treats and a pink-themed silent auction. The annual Carson City Hospital Community Health Expo will feature free health screenings, information and give-aways during this family-friendly event held inside the West Gym at Carson City-Crystal High School. A Kids Mile Fun Run begins at the Carson City-Crystal High School track at 8 a.m. There will be a Kids Korner and inflatables outside.
