Basic Cheese Making Class
November 4th and 11th from 6 to 8pm
This two-session course will lead you through the basics of artisan cheese making. You will make soft cheeses during the first session and make an un-aged, or “baby” cheese, during your second session. The cost for this two session class is $25/Members and $30/non-members.
Advanced Cheese Making Class
November 16th, 23rd, 30th from 6 to 8pm
In this three-session course participants will increase their knowledge of artisan cheese making with Feta, Mozzarella and Blue Caerphilly cheese. The cost is $35/members and $40/non-members.
