The Staff of Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor would like to invite you, your family and friends to join us to honor and reflect on the lives of the individuals who are no longer with us, but will forever live on in the hearts of the people whose lives they touched.
A Remembrance Service is scheduled for Sunday, December 12, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. in the Annex of the Main Dining Room.
We encourage you to bring a picture of your loved one to display during the service. Each family will be given a chance during the service to speak about their loved one. It is not required that you do so.
Refreshments will be served after the program.
RSVP is appreciated but not mandatory. If possible, please call Heidi Scranton at 989-224-8936 and give her the name of the individual in whose memory you will be attending and the number of individuals who will be joining you.
We do request your assistance by inviting family members and loved ones to join you at this service.
