Mint City Radio presents Classic Christmas

Mint City Radio, the internet radio station serving Clinton county and mid-Michigan, presents our sixth annual Classic Christmas, December 22nd through Christmas Day. Again this year, Mint City Radio listeners can celebrate the season with some of the best holiday programs from the golden age of radio. We’ve added even more great old-time radio programs to our lineup this year, including Christmas episodes of “The Great Gildersleeve”, “The Jack Benny Show”, “Fibber McGee and Molly”, and many more.
This year’s Classic Christmas will begin at 6 pm (ET) on Wednesday, December 22nd, immediately following “Jim Stone’s Big Band Swing”, and will continue through Christmas Day. Mint City Radio owner Dan Drolett regards the Classic Christmas as a unique feature of the station. “A lot of radio stations play holiday music, and we’ve taken it a step further by adding some true old-time radio classics to the mix – the platform of internet radio allows us to offer such variety”, says Drolett. The station will also feature Christmas-themed old-time radio programs throughout the month of December on “Radio’s Golden Days”, which airs at 1 pm, 9 pm and midnight (ET) daily.
