
If you’ve ever purchased a raffle ticket, a bag of peanuts or played the Kiwanis Peppermint Patty Plop during the Mint Festival, you’ve helped Kiwanis in support of community projects and people.
Recently the fruits of those contributions were evident when Kiwanis members presented $900 in grants beginning with $100 to, left, Danialle Stebbins to assist her in attending the National Youth Leadership Conference in Washington, DC. Youth Services Chair Marilyn Thelen presenting.
Rhoda Hacker, center, and Arline Minsky received $500 and $300, respectively. Ms Hacker’s grant was in support of RAVE Safe Center. Ms Minky’s check was for use at the Clinton County Arts Council Gallery.
