At the City Park
Dan Graham, Hunter Graham and Alex Lane from Boy Scout Troop 72 helped Alan Nelson line the sidewalks that lead up to the Lest They Be Forgotten Memorial in honor of Nelsons son, PFC Andrew Nelson in time for Memorial Day. Andrew was killed in action in Baghdad Iraq on December 25, 2006 when an IED detonated near his vehicle.
The memorial is located in the City Park near the Performance Shell and the Main Pavilion.
