Tween Program and more
Meet the Monsters of the World at Briggs Library! Tales abound on every continent of vampires and werewolves, Bigfoot, Godzilla, the Loch Ness Monster, and so many more. Are these stories true?? ‘Tweens (ages 9-12) are invited to join us on Tuesday, July 26th at 7p.m. Registration begins on June 28th and is required. We will have fun making a craft, playing a game, and eating a great snack. Be there! You’re not afraid of monsters . . . are you??
Chapter Chatter Program
Children ages 6 through 8 are invited to register for the Chapter Chatter Program which takes place on Monday evenings, 7-7:45 pm, August 1st thru August 22nd. Over the course of four weeks the independent listeners will be traveling with Dodsworth to New York, Paris, Rome and London. These chapter tales are new to the library and there will be destination themed “yummy” treats, and crafts or games to go along with each story. Registration begins on Monday, June 27th.
Library Closure
The Library will be Saturday July 2nd and Monday July 4th in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. The drop box on the Library porch will be available for returns throughout this closure.
