Diabetes: Breaking Myths

At Carson City Hospital with Registered Nurse Nancy Seals
Mark your calendars for the next Brown Bag Lunch Series titled “Diabetes: Breaking Myths” on Wednesday, November 16, at Carson City Hospital (CCH).
This Brown Bag session speaker, Nancy Seals, R.N., B.S.N., discusses some common questions and myths of diabetes from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Conference Room A at the hospital. You’re encouraged to bring your own questions – from something simple such as ‘Can I eat potatoes?’ to those more complex. For those living with diabetes, this is your chance to reach out, share information and inspire others facing the everyday challenge of this disease.
The third Wednesday of each month CCH hosts a new, exciting speaker with topics ranging from inspirational and educational to important health-care advice. Bring a lunch or enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and treats! No registration is necessary and everyone is welcome.
