Courthouse Lawn Ceremony

All I know about this photo is that it was taken from an upper floor window of the old Courthouse and it’s circa 1964.
Personnel from St. Johns Schools and evidence (hats) that local military groups were involved in this ceremony. In the background (center) is the St. Johns Honor Guard, on the left is St. Johns Schools personnel, on the right are the military groups, and in front (right) is the St. Johns High School Band.
Identified in this photo are Robert Prowant, Benny Pocius, Mrs. Geraldine Whyman, and John Theuerkauf.
