Habitat Volunteer of the Year

Marv Arnst was recently honored at the annual Habitat for Humanity banquet as Clinton County’s Volunteer of the Year for 2011.

Paul Opsommer, Michigan State Representative, was present to pay tribute to Arnst for his volunteer work, which includes work on the 2008, 2009 and 2011 new construction build sites as well as support at many Habitat fundraising events.
Arnst is most well-known as the Habitat ReStore’s truck driver, having dedicated time each week since 2010 for pick-ups and deliveries of donated items.
Marv and his wife, Nancy, are St. Johns residents and members of St. Johns Baptist Church.
