Woldumar Nature Center hosts its annual American Heritage Festival, September 29th, a one-day family-friendly event.
This annual autumn event celebrates Michigan’s rich cultural heritage. Highlights include Native American flute music and a visit through Woldumar’s newly constructed Native American Village.
Additional activities include old-time dancing, horse-drawn wagon rides, old time craft demonstrations and exhibits, live farm animals, great food including Yutzy’s Homemade Ice Cream. It’s a fun-filled day for the whole family.
The event is free however donations to support Woldumar and its education programs are welcome.
Some activities may require an additional fee. All activities are subject to change.
