The Bastille in Westphalia

In 1961 Westphalia celebrated the 125th anniversary of their founding. The St. Johns Centennial Bastille made an appearance but I don’t know who owned it at that time. By the looks of it the judges were doing a brisk business penalizing the non-conformists.
