Percy is a 6 year old female Australian Shepherd mix looking for a good home. She is very friendly, high energy, and sweet natured. She is crate and house trained.
She is a great companion and would love a home where she could run often and be social. She gets along well with other dogs although sometimes she needs to warm up to them; she has lived with another dog all of her life. She is tolerant around children and would be best around children who were old enough not to pull her hair/ poke her.
She is up to date on her shots and is spayed and has a microchip. She has been through obedience training and knows basic commands although she can be a strong puller when walking, although does better with a gentle walker, and likes to chase squirrels and chipmunks.
Her current family’s circumstances have changed so that they are no longer able to offer her an optimal environment.
