Congratulations to Carson Health’s December 2012 Associate of the Month – Matthew Proctor, Food and Nutrition Services Aide.
Matt was nominated by his co-workers because he is always willing and eager to assist patients, visitors and other associates, and does so with a smile on his face. He is knowledgeable about his job, works hard and is very dependable.
Matt goes out of his way to recognize other associates, and he has a very positive attitude. He is a wonderful associate/team member and exemplifies what we all should strive to be.
