Manage your emergency medical history
File of Life a simple document anyone can complete. It contains important medical information – information that is vital to emergency personnel during a medical emergency. Housed in a magnetic plastic case, File of Life can be attached to a refrigerator or nonmetal surface with double-sided tape.

RESA Allied Health Instructor Karen Stutzman, left, and Sparrow Clinton Hospital President & CEO Ed Bruun encourage residents of Clinton County to manage their emergency medical history by using the File of Life. Career Connections Allied Health Program is reaching out the senior citizens in particular through distribution of free File of Life document cases.
