This is the Arehart House – 410 E. Higham St.
This house was built before 1873. It has Victorian styling with Italianate trim.
The house was previously owned by Brandon White, John and Karen Arehart, Elizabeth Brown; and the current owners are Jeffry Rowland and Elissa Fisher.
