George Emmons, who was the first man to settle within the St. Johns City limits, built this house in 1857. It is Neo Jacobean style with a Greek influence porch.
The current owners are Daniel and Kelly Bierstetel.
Past owners include: Gerald Ambrose, David Lord, Michael Ruehle, Gregory Spaulding, Bruce Percy, and Lawrence Rice.
