This house was built in 1873 and was at one time the home of Frank Spaulding, the son of General Spaulding. He conducted a successful hardware and plumbing business in St. Johns.
Owners are Christopher and Brenda Deliso. Previous owners were Carl and Loveoan Herbruck.
