Donita M. Sykora writes: This house, on the corner of M21 and Oakland, belongs to Marc and Ann Hufnagle. The house is beautiful as are the people who occupy it.
This house was built in 1908 in the Queen Anne style of architecture.
The current owners are Marc Hufnagel and Ann Hufnagel Stine. Past owners include Phyllis Todd, Alvin and Paulette Dickens, Rick and Tamara Woods, and David and Susan Prudden.
The original owner was George Chapman who also built his dry goods store on Clinton Ave. That building was for many years the home of the J.C. Penney Store.
