The current owners are Andrew May and Megan Platte. Previous owners include Bernice Workman, Beth Henning, and Beth and Lyle Platz.
The house was originally built by Dr. Henry Palmer. His wife, Lucy, was the daughter of H.M. Perrin. That family donated the land for Perrin-Palmer School.
