The Foundation hosts a two-night Estate Planning Seminar., beginning Monday, December 1, and ending Monday, December 8. The workshops take place at the Clinton Commons Community Room, 1105 S. Scott Road in St. Johns, from 6:45 to 9:15 pm.
Designed to be informative, entertaining and easy to understand, the workshops feature presentations by and discussions with a panel of legal, insurance, real estate, banking and financial professionals.
Topics include an introduction to the estate planning process, planning choices and legal protections; tax planning for 2015 and beyond; evolving markets; trusts and the role of a trustee; Medicaid; estate planning pitfall; medical insurance options under the Affordable Care Act or Medicare; and charitable giving options.
