St. Johns Kiwanis sponsored Builders Club opened a new year recently with a special inaugural meeting conducted at the Middle School library. Highlight of the session, chaired by Kiwanian Gary Carpenter, was the installation of officers.
Flanking the group are school advisors Missy Vitek and Katy White. Club members, from left are President Becca Bunn, Vice President Bailey Woodruff, Secretary Abigail Woodruff and Treasurer Emma Thelen.
The premise of the Builders Club is to introduce middle school students to the importance of community involvement and support.
