1973 Soapbox Derby Car Inspection

Getting ready for the May 20, 1973 Clinton County Soapbox Derby are these young racers who took their cars to St Johns Saturday for a preliminary inspection. Winner of the race earns a trip to compete in Akron, Ohio.
This looks like it took place in front of the old Bee’s Chevy & Olds dealership on W. Higham St.
