Strategic Plan
The Library is currently working through the process to develop a strategic plan that will serve as a road map for the Library for the next five years. A group of twenty-three individuals met in June and worked on revising the Library’s mission statement and coming up with five objectives that the Library would like to pursue over the course of the next five years. The Library Board is currently working on setting up a committee for each objective that will develop action items that when accomplished will allow the Library to meet its objectives.
