St. Johns Independent Posted on August 20, 2015 by indy The Spray Park opened just in time for Mint Festival weekend. The Spray Park is located at the St. Johns City Park and is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and from Noon to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free.
