The class will teach young adults ages 11-15 to be responsible babysitters and citizens. C. J. Modolo will instruct students on how to:<br \/>\n&#8211; Set up and effectively run a babysitting business<br \/>\n&#8211; Handle the basics of infant and childcare needs<br \/>\n&#8211; Check the residence for household hazards<br \/>\n&#8211; Give the basics of First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)<br \/>\n&#8211; React responsibly to medical emergencies and injuries<br \/>\n&#8211; Properly and safely, deal with stranger situations<br \/>\n&#8211; Recognize emergent situations versus non-emergent and act responsibly<br \/>\n&#8211; Entertain with games and song<br \/>\n&#8211; Prepare for each job<br \/>\n&#8211; Interview potential clients and much more<br \/>\nThe cost of the course is $5.00 with a maximum limit of 10 students. This program is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You can register by calling 517-394- 4614. Payment will be accepted prior to the class at check-in. Each attendee will receive an instructor-signed completion card at the end of class.<br \/>\nThe instructor will provide adult supervision.
