Clinics for August
\nBreast and Cervical Cancer Control Program
\n<\/strong>
\nThe Clinton County Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP) clinic will take place on August 25, 2010 at the Mid-Michigan District Health Department at 1307 E. Townsend Road in St. Johns. Women between the ages of 50 and 64 may be eligible for free mammograms, pelvic exams and Pap tests.
\nBreast Cancer Screenings<\/strong>
\nThe Mid-Michigan District Health Department Breast Cancer Screenings will take place as follows:
\nAugust 20:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 at Mid-Michigan District Health Department, 1307 E. Townsend Road in St. Johns, from 8 a.m. to Noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\nWomen between the ages 40 and 64 (and under 40 years of age presenting with abnormalities) may be eligible. Breast Cancer Screenings are by appointment only. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call (989) 227-3118 Monday through Friday.
\nFunding for these screenings is provided by a grant from the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Mid-Michigan affiliate.
\nFamily Planning Clinic Schedule<\/strong>
\nThe Mid-Michigan District Health Department’s Family Planning Clinics provide confidential care to men and women in need of contraception and reproductive health services. Charges for services and supplies are based on income. The Family Planning Clinics are scheduled as follows:

\nHearing & Vision Screening Clinic<\/strong>
\nVision screening is required for all children entering kindergarten. The Mid-Michigan District Health Department offers free vision testing, as well as hearing screening tests for all children ages 3 to 21.
