It&#8217;s an ongoing project that needs to be done if we are going to go from place to place without chipping our teeth or bruising our kidneys. When they&#8217;ve finished the project it&#8217;s time to start all over again.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/10aug\/backroad.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\nIn 1938 eight blocks on Higham, Mead, and Swegles Sts. were repaved in St. Johns. In this photo a tar-spreading crew were spraying a seal coat on the intersection of Higham and Swegles Sts.
