The first will occur in September \u2013 a unique C.A.T Sale \u2013 followed by an October event featuring a silent auction and other activities still under the planning wraps.<br \/>\nAccording to Council Director Mike Muehlenbeck, the C.A.T Sale, initials for Collectibles, Antiques and Treasures, is set for Friday and Saturday September 17 and 18 at the Clinton Northern Railway Depot on Railroad St. in St. Johns.
