The physician coordinates health care services such as diagnostic testing, preventative services and referrals to specialists. Patients are empowered in their own health care journey through the self-management of chronic disease, which is supported by the patient\u2019s primary care physician and his or her health care team.<br \/>\nThe professional medical staff at Ashley Family Care Center includes Dr. Roger Morris and Sara Worsley, PA-C.
