You will make soft cheeses during the first session and  make an un-aged, or &#8220;baby&#8221; cheese, during your second session. The  cost for this two session class is $25\/Members and $30\/non-members.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nAdvanced Cheese Making Class<\/strong><br \/>\nNovember 16th, 23rd, 30th from 6 to 8pm<br \/>\nIn this three-session course participants will increase their  knowledge of artisan cheese making with Feta, Mozzarella and Blue  Caerphilly cheese.
