Tom had a slew of relatives that also worked there including his dad, Paul, and his grandpa, Chet.<br \/>\nTom worked in the tumble and pack department. More and more parts required no secondary operations which meant they were stamped out, tumbled to remove sharp edges, and pack for shipment. There was very little profit margin on those parts.<br \/>\nAs we can see by Tom\u2019s shirt, he\u2019s an avid fan and participant of the game of golf.
