These were donated and built by Joseph Fricke, a 12th-grader at Fulton High School, as a project toward earning his Eagle Scout designation through Boy Scout Troop 520 of St. Johns.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/10nov\/carsonscout.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\nJoseph is the son of Carson Home Care employee Karen Fricke.
