Cook, DO, to its physician team.<br \/>\nDr. Cook is a board certified Ophthalmologist with a subspecialty in Neuro-Ophthalmology. She leads the hospital&#8217;s new practice, Sparrow Clinton Ophthalmology in St. Johns.<br \/>\nA graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, she received her medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. Dr. Cook served an internship with St. John Oakland Hospital (2004-05) in Madison Heights followed by a fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology (2005-06) at MSU. Her Ophthalmology Residency (2006-09) was completed at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She spent the following year in practice at Mecosta County Medical Center in Big Rapids.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/10nov\/cook.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\nDr. Cook&#8217;s practice focus includes diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration and ocular emergencies\/trauma as well as comprehensive eye examinations. Her surgical practice includes cataract surgery, blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), glaucoma laser surgery, ectropion\/entropion repair and ocular trauma.<br \/>\nSparrow Clinton Ophthalmology, at 1002 N. US 27 (Avery Eye Care Center) in St. Johns, is accepting new patients.
