The scale pointed at a little over 5200 lbs after the two had been working around the clock for three days to make it happen. &#8220;Don&#8217;t quit, never give up&#8221; was their motto and the message they wanted to send out to local school children.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/10dec\/fudge.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\nBest friends Chef Nick, also known as the &#8220;culinary humanitarian&#8221; and Peppermint Jim Crosby are often found around town doing charity work. They joined forces for the second annual Downtown Food Fight last week in Lansing.
