Keith Munger, Mary J. Feldpausch, Cheri A. Boak, Michael S. Thompson, Melissa Ann Kentfield, Ann Whitney<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Thomas Danley<\/strong><br \/>\nThomas Eric Danley, died December 17, 2010, at the age of 63. He was born in St. Johns on March 1, 1947, the son of Jack and Agnes (Kussmaul) Danley.<br \/>\nThomas is survived by his brother David (Judith) Danley of Cincinnati, Ohio, nieces Kristin (Mike) Jarvie of Rudyard, MI, Cheryl (Richard) Hennessy of Hamilton, Ohio, great nieces, Isabelle Hennessy, Alexis Hennessy, Leah Jarvie and great nephew, David Jarvie. Tom is also survived by his aunt, Pearl Tucker of Lansing, and numerous cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents.<br \/>\nServices are private. The family is being served by The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.osgoodfuneral.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Osgood Funeral Home<\/a> of St. Johns.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>R. Keith Munger<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/sjindy\/obits\/images2\/munger_keith2.jpg\" HSPACE=\"5\" ALIGN=\"left\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/sjindy\/obits\/images2\/munger_keith1.jpg\" HSPACE=\"5\" ALIGN=\"left\" \/>Rolland Keith Munger, died January 3, 2011, at the age of 88. He was born in St. Johns on September 6, 1922, the son of Rollie and Gladys (Reed) Munger. Keith was a 1940 graduate of Rodney B. Wilson High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during WWII as a Torpedo Mate First Class on the U.S.S. Cowpens and U.S.S. Bougenville. He retired from Federal Mogul after 35 years of service having also worked for F.C. Mason, as a bagger at Goff\u2019s, and a greeter at Walmart. Keith was a member of Eureka Christian Church and American Legion Post #153, was a Boy Scout leader, enjoyed hunting, fishing, building model ships, square dancing with the Hoe Downers, and traveling with his wife. Keith married Hazel Groves in St. Johns on January 7, 1943.<br \/>\nSurviving are his wife, Hazel, two daughters, Lynda (Rick) Knight of St. Johns, Sandra (Doug) Thorne of Lansing, one son, Michael (Brenda) Munger of St. Johns, seven grandchildren, Erica (Jay) Bancroft, Sean (Shaun Rosenbeck) Knight, Gina Davidson, Jaime Kositzke, Lindsay Thorne, Elissa (Joel) Ryan, Shawna (Greg) Johnson, great grandchildren, Shawna and Lauren Bancroft, Amaya Hall, Matthew Kositzke II, Sophia Harper, Maxwell Johnson and Ellouise Ryan, sister, Jacqueline Fitzner, brother, Reed (Nancy) Munger, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Pauline Moore. He was a good Christian man, loved his Lord Jesus Christ, enjoyed his bible, his children and grandchildren, was a good, loving husband and will be sadly missed.<br \/>\nFuneral services will be 2:30 p.m., Thursday, January 6, 2011, at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.osgoodfuneral.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Osgood Funeral Home<\/a>, with Pastor Keith Whipple officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer\u2019s Foundation-Clinton Co. Chapter, St. Johns Fire Dept., or the Eureka Christian Church. Feldpausch<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/sjindy\/obits\/images2\/feldpausch_mary.jpg\" HSPACE=\"5\" ALIGN=\"left\" \/>Mary J. Feldpausch died January 2, 2011 at the age of 83. She was born on September 2, 1927, in Detroit, the daughter of Andrew and Barbara (Ovenen) Alexander. Mary moved with her family to Pewamo in 1937 and graduated from Pewamo High School in 1944. She married Robert Albers in 1950 and lived in St. Johns most of her life. She was a Founder of the Mint Country Garden Club and continued to be the club\u2019s Historian. Mary enjoyed flowers and gardening. Mary\u2019s life centered around her daughters and her good friend, Bob Albers. In 1973 she married Owen Feldpausch, they enjoyed traveling the country in their travel trailer. Owen preceded her in death in 2003.<br \/>\nSurviving are two daughters, Diane Lee of Lansing and Mary Ellen (Keith) Lapp of Alanson, MI, many friends and relatives. Also, preceding her in death are her parents, and brother, Andrew.<br \/>\nFuneral Services will be at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, January 6, 2011, at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.osgoodfuneral.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Osgood Funeral Home<\/a>, burial to follow at Mt. Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mary\u2019s memory.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Cheri A. Boak<\/strong><br \/>\nCheri A. (Gregory) Boak, 58, went to be with the Lord, December 31, 2010. Cheri was born in Addison, MI. on December 14, 1952, the daughter of Clarence and Iris (Robinson) Gregory.<br \/>\nCheri is survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard , whom she married September 11, 1970. Also surviving are her children, Amanda (John) Ingleright , and Michelle Paksi , both of St. Johns, grandchildren, Brian (Danella) Paksi II, Mason Paksi, and Hannah and Adriannah Ingleright. Cheri is survived by numerous loving family members and friends who will deeply miss her. Cheri\u2019s life was centered around God and her family. Cheri was preceded in death by her parents, and mother and father in law, Carl (Alma) Boak.<br \/>\nAs per Cheri\u2019s wishes, private graveside services were held 1:00 pm, Monday, January 3, 2010 at Mt. Rest Cemetery with Pastor Jeffrey Heimsoth officiating. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in memory of Cheri to St. Peter Lutheran School. The family was served by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.osgoodfuneral.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Osgood Funeral Home<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Michael S. Thompson<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/sjindy\/obits\/images2\/thompson_michael.jpg\" HSPACE=\"5\" ALIGN=\"left\" \/>Michael S. Thompson died Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at the age of 46. He was born January 19, 1964 in Alma, Michigan the son of Robert and Patricia (Pung) Thompson. He was a graduate of St. Johns High School, Class of 1982. He served in the U.S. Army, enjoyed golfing, car shows, hunting, fishing, loved dogs and was an outstanding cook. Mike had a passion for cars and racing. He loved Indy Car racing, drag racing and hot rods of all kinds but his favorite was the Ford Mustang. He owned and operated Thompson Construction and Paint in St. Johns for several years, worked in auto and recreational vehicle sales and currently was owner of Gold Key Auto Sales in St. Johns. On July 28, 1990 he married Christine Dedyne and she survives him.<br \/>\nAlso surviving are two sons, Johnathon and Adam; his mother, Patricia Thompson of Alma; three brothers, Robert M. and Jill Thompson of Denver, CO, Brian A. Thompson of Grand Rapids and Bradford J. Thompson of DeWitt; grandmother, Evelyn Thompson of Crystal, MI; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Marsha Dedyne; brothers-in-law, Wayne and Rhonda Dedyne and James and Heather Dedyne all of St. Johns; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Robert E. Thompson on December 10, 2010.<br \/>\nA memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keckcolemanfh.com\" target=\"target=_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Keck-Coleman Funeral Home<\/a>, St. Johns. The family will receive relatives and friends 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday, January 3 at the funeral home.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Melissa Ann Kentfield<\/strong><br \/>\nMelissa Ann Kentfield, 43 of Bradford, IL formerly of St. Johns, MI died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010 in Peoria, IL. Melissa was born on October 19, 1967 in Carson City MI the daughter of Dennis and Linda (Magsig) Kentfield. She graduated from St. Johns High School and was a homemaker.<br \/>\nShe is survived by her parents of St. Johns, son Samuel Bromand of Alpena; fianc\u00e9, Scott Hagman of Bradford, IL,; brother, Dennis Scott (Christina) Kentfield of Traverse City, MI; grandmother Donna Magsig of St. Johns; uncle Daniel (Heidi) Magsig of Lansing, MI and nephew D.W. Winslow of Bath, MI.<br \/>\nMemorial services will be held at a later date. The family is being served by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keckcolemanfh.com\" target=\"target=_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Keck-Coleman Funeral Home<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ann Whitney<\/strong><br \/>\nAnn Whitney died December 30, 2010, at the age of 90. She was born in Lansing, Michigan, on July 10, 1920, the daughter of Joseph and Rose (Kral) Cipo. Ann loved fishing and hunting and enjoyed gardening. <strong>She was also a survivor of the Bath School Disaster at the age of seven.<\/strong><br \/>\nAnn is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orbie Whitney.<br \/>\nFuneral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.osgoodfuneral.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Osgood Funeral Home<\/a> in St. Johns. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service on Tuesday.
