Shown in this old snapshot are Jay Davison (left) and Walt Kiley taken circa 1950. Although I know Kiley worked in the front end, I don’t have a job description for him.
\nDavison had what seems like an odd job title called “Master Mechanic.” He was in charge of both the Toolroom and Maintenance. Also odd was that at the same time the manager (head) of Engineering was called the “Plant Engineer.”
\nDavison’s son, Don, was a group leader in the Toolroom.
