Allaby and Brewbaker-Chris Halliday, Clinton Area Transit System, Clinton County Senior Center, Hazel I. Findlay County Manor, Sparrow Clinton Hospital-Food and Nutrition Department and Wendy\u2019s will vie for the traveling trophy and be proclaimed the best Chili in Clinton County.<br \/>\nAnyone is welcome to attend the luncheon, but you must RSVP by Tuesday, February 15 by calling 989-224-7248. The cost is $8 per person. The luncheon will be held at the CC RESA Building (across from McDonalds) from 11:45 am to 1 pm.
