Staff describe Laureen as someone who:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Displays mutual respect<br \/>\n\u00b7 Presents a professional image<br \/>\n\u00b7 Takes ownership of problems<br \/>\n\u00b7 Provides excellent customer service<br \/>\n\u00b7 Is a team player and assists others<br \/>\n\u00b7 Does more than expected<br \/>\n\u00b7 Sets a good example for others<br \/>\n&#8220;Laureen knows the immunization program inside and out!
