Our goal is to Fill Our Cop Cars with groceries. Officers will be at your local grocery store with the purpose of helping to fill our local food bank with non-perishable food items.
\nPolice Officers chose their profession so that they can help others. During this time of year we often experience families in need, but don’t have the ability to help directly. By filling our cop cars, we can see to it that those who need a helping hand can get it. We are asking that you purchase an extra item or two and help us help those that are less fortunate.
\nThe back seats of the patrol vehicles are usually used to transport people that have run afoul of the law. Help us put them to good use.
\nOfficers will be at the following grocery stores in Clinton County:
\n– Kroger, 900 S. Business 127, St. Johns
\n– Wal-Mart, 1165 Superior Drive, St. Johns
\n– Meijer, 12821 Crossover Drive, DeWitt
\n– Village Food Pride, 501 S. Main Street, Ovid
\nAll food collected at these locations will be donated to the food pantry at Capital Area Community Services, which is the food bank for all of Clinton County.
\nThe officers of the St. Johns Police Department, Clinton County Sheriff’s Department, DeWitt Township Police Department, DeWitt City Police Department, Bath Township Police Department and Ovid Police Department appreciate your generosity during this holiday season.
\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/11nov\/wanted.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Clinton County Law Enforcement Agencies participate on December 3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-25863","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-news"],"jetpack_featured_media_url":"","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/25863","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=25863"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/25863\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25863"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=25863"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=25863"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
