\n“Sense”sational Lapsit Storytime<\/strong>:
\nThis program is offered for babies 12 to 24 months with adult participation. We will enjoy age appropriate stories, music and creative movement that explore our senses. Friday morning sessions: February 17th to March 23rd, 10-10:30 am. Monday evening sessions: February 27th to March 26th, 6:30-7. Registration is required and begins Friday, January 20th.

\nA warm thank you to all who donated mittens, gloves, scarves and hats to our Mitten Tree. We collected over 400 items that were distributed to local charities.
\nJr. Readers<\/strong>
\nAre you a 7-9 year old who loves<\/strong> to read? Join the Junior Readers Book Club for a fun-filled Valentine’s celebration. We’ll be discussing the book “February Friend” by Ron Roy. Copies of the book can be picked up at the Circulation Desk after registering. There will also be a craft, game and sweet snacks during the program which will be on Monday, January 30th from 7:00-8:00. Registration is required so stop by the library or call us at (989)224-4702.
\n“Plenty of Penguins” Pre-Reader Storytime<\/strong>:
\nThere are a few spaces available for morning and evening programs. Independent listeners ages 4 thru 6 can enjoy stories, crafts, music and games. Tuesday morning sessions run January 17th to February 21st, 10:30-11. Thursday evening sessions run January 19th to February 23rd, 6:30-7. Register your child for plenty of penguin fun!
\nLibrary Closures<\/strong>
\nThe Library will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2012 in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. The drop box on the Library porch will be available for returns during this closure.<\/p>\n
