Vail brings 30 years of progressive Human Resources experience in many areas of HR administration to Sparrow Clinton Hospital in St. Johns as well as Sparrow Ionia Hospital.<br \/>\nA registered nurse and attorney, she most recently worked at Glen Falls Hospital in New York as director of Human Resources. Prior to that position, she served as Administrative Director\/Director Human Resources for Beaumont Health System in Royal Oak, and Human Resources Director for St. John Health System in Detroit.<br \/>\nVail and her husband, Roger, reside in Okemos.
