{"id":28963,"date":"2012-05-17T20:46:08","date_gmt":"2012-05-18T00:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/?p=28963"},"modified":"2012-05-17T20:46:08","modified_gmt":"2012-05-18T00:46:08","slug":"mmdhd-92","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stjindy.com\/archive1\/mmdhd-92\/","title":{"rendered":"MMDHD employee earns certification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/12may\/priceth.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"alignleft size-full\" \/>Gregory Price<!--more--><br \/>\nMid-Michigan District Health Department (MMDHD) employee Gregory Price, Environmental Health Specialist II, has taken the next step in his career by receiving his Standardized Field Trainer certification.<br \/>\nThis certification, awarded by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD), certifies Price as an evaluator and trainer for all duties associated with the Food Safety Program in Michigan.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/miserybay.usanethosting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/gallery\/12may\/price.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" \/><br \/>\nPrice earned the endorsement following the successful completion of both a field and office review of his education and inspection skills compared to State and Federal standards.<br \/>\nAn MDARD inspector evaluated Price&#8217;s ability to identify the following:<br \/>\n1. Poor personal hygiene<br \/>\n2. Food from unsafe sources<br \/>\n3. Inadequate cooking temperatures<br \/>\n4. Improper holding temperatures<br \/>\n5.
