He learns very quickly and you can almost see his mind working when he is seeing or doing something new. Not to worry though as he isn’t the type of dog to try and outwit you.
Ren loves to play with other dogs but he also will entertain himself if there aren’t any other playful dogs around. He does try to get a new dog to play but if they are not interested, he gives up easily and leaves them alone.
Ren is crate and house trained and he is drawn to children at the adoption events. If there are adults and children that come in to see him, he always picks the children to greet and wants their attention above all else. However, he has a stubborn streak, so we do not recommend a home where children will be living because he is likely a dog that might try to become dominant over the children.
We are not sure how Ren would be with cats as he has not met any since being in foster. He was an unclaimed stray so unfortunately we have no history on him.
If you have any questions, please email julemson@wmol.com.

Breed: Whippet Mix
DOB: 2010
Sex: Neutered Male
Weight: 40 pounds
Foster home: Linda W.

[13

post-29073","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-pets
["GET
