Upon investigation officers discovered all the components needed to produce methamphetamine.<br \/>\nArrested at the scene was Derek Michael Henning, age 38. He was lodged in the Clinton County Jail for &#8220;Operating a Meth Lab&#8221; and VCSA (Violation of the Controlled Substance Act).<br \/>\nIn addition to removing chemicals and components for making Methamphetamine, officers removed a computer from the home.<br \/>\nHenning was arraigned on June 13, 2012.
